You can sign up for Artist Connection on a browser or your smartphone.

To create an account on Artist Connection with your smartphone, open the Artist Connection app and click Create Account. You can sign up with your Facebook, Google or Apple account. You can also create an account with your email.

To create an account on Artist Connection on your browser, go to our browser portal and click Sign up. Enter your information and click Create Account. You can also use your Facebook or Google account to log into Artist Connection.

We recommend using Chrome or Safari.

You can watch a liveshow on a computer through a browser or on a mobile device. Log into your account on the music portal or the Artist Connection app. For the music portal, purchased shows will be located in My Live Shows under the Upcoming section.. In the app, click the hamburger menu in the left hand corner. Here shows will be located in Live.

You can only redeem a ticket code in the browser portal.  To redeem your ticket code, click Tickets on the left hand menu. Enter your ticket code and click Submit.

The live show will now appear in My Live Shows. 

Please ensure that you are in the correct studio or else the ticket code will not work. In order to view all your studios, click on your account icon in the upper right. Select Studios from the dropdown menu. Locate the studio who is hosting the live stream and click Confirm.

Live shows will appear in My Live Shows tab in the Artist Connection browser portal under the Upcoming tab. Once the show is live, it will appear under Live.

We recommend using Safari or Chrome.

Artist Connection works on both iOS and Android. 

First, register your ticket code on a browser. This will add the live stream to your account. 

To watch the live stream, open the Artist Connection app on your smart device. Click the icon in the top right to browse studios and locate the studio whose stream you are watching. Once in the desired studio, click the menu icon in the top left and tap Live. This is where you can see all of your upcoming live streams by this studio.
